Press Release: GECOS Software Implementation
Galbraith Laboratories Announces Implementation of New Order Management Software
A commitment to enhancing internal resources is a commitment to enhancing customer service.
KNOXVILLE, TN – In a continuing commitment to enhance internal resources, Galbraith Laboratories announces the implementation of GECOS (Galbraith Enterprise Client Order System). GECOS was developed internally at Galbraith to replace a legacy customer management system.
Beginning on the day of implementation, customers will receive automated emails from GECOS notifying them that their samples were received. During the course of the analysis, GECOS will notify clients of progress and expected reporting dates. Since GECOS is an integrated system of customer records, orders and accounting, the software will enhance order accuracy and fulfillment.
When asked how this change will affect Galbraith’s customers, Darryl Hendricks, Director of Technical Services responded “Implementation of GECOS will immediately improve communication with our clients and the accuracy of order completion.”
